Signing Ceremony for the 2nd Batch of Management Trainee Programme – March 26, 2019

In order to ease the labour shortage problem in the hotel industry, the Open University developed a Management Trainee Program to provide an on-job training for their students since 2018. This is the second year of the Program, 38 hotels joined the program, and a signing ceremony was held in the New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel. The Dean of Lee Shau Kee School of Business & Administration of the Open Univerty - Professor AU, and the Executive Director of The Federation of Hong Kong Hotel Owners gave their speech in the ceremony, hoping that the Program can help easing the manpower shortage problem in a long run.
